Stonehenge Capital was honored to recently host Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne (TX-24) to discuss the bipartisan New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program. We were joined by Christopher Giblin, President of TWG Supply. Located in Texas’ 24th Congressional District, TWG Supply supplies aftermarket parts for airport maintenance. After facing challenges in obtaining traditional financing, the business utilized the #NMTC Program to overcome the financing gap. The investment provided the Grapevine, TX based company the working capital to grow its business and workforce throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Congresswoman Van Duyne’s leadership in supporting permanence for the #NMTC Program will ensure that small businesses in overlooked communities – like TWG Supply – continue to benefit from this critical economic development tool.
