WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) toured the offices of North End Teleservices, a provider of multi-channel contact center services for businesses based in Omaha. North End Teleservices is the largest business in Nebraska owned by a black woman.
“Today I had another great visit to the North End Teleservices’ offices where I heard from their employees firsthand. We discussed the work they are doing to bring jobs to North Omaha and the positive impacts those jobs are having on the city. I applaud North End Teleservices’ commitment to providing opportunities for their community and local economy,” said Senator Fischer.
North End Teleservices provides business-to-business and business-to-consumer solutions, including sales, customer service, and back office support.
It was great to visit North End Teleservices’ offices and hear from the owner and the employees. Whether it’s tuition assistance, providing rides to work, or helping with groceries, it’s clear how much they care about their workers! So thankful for all they do for North Omaha. pic.twitter.com/fUX5jFJOze
