Broward Habitat used NMTC financing to support the construction of two projects in located within designated Community Redevelopment Agency districts by City of Pompano Beach and Broward County. The NexGen Healthcare project involved a $20 million acquisition and re-development of a vacant property along the City's primary corridor into a contact center focused on healthcare related services. A project to transform the Riviera Beach waterfront into a vibrant and authentic destination spot for residents and visitors alike, spurring a revitalization out to Broadway and beyond. The YMCA of South Florida has served Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties since 1915. Construction of 13,860 sq-ft new facility for outreach to low-income youth.
