The three-part project involved the construction of 100 HOPE VI units, the renovation of a K-8 school and the construction of a new YMCA. Finances the renovation of the historic National Biscuit Company Building. NMTC financing supported the Adeline Wright-Graham Boys & Girls Club (Boys and Girls Club of Schenectady NY)'s new location, which serves 300 children daily from the Hamilton Hill and Mont Pleasant neighborhoods, replacing the former building on Craig Street. The Project consists of the rehabilitation and conversion of the historic 16,200 sq. ft. The ground-up construction of a 45,000 sq. ft. school building to house the Green Tech High School, a charter school in Albany, NY. The ground-up construction of a 32,000 sq. ft. school building on approximately two acres of land to house Achievement Academy, a charter school serving Albany, NY.
