Power Gen Components is a manufacturer of specialty nuts, bolts, and fasteners. The Company's specialty products are used in the power generation and oil and gas production industries. This project provided Power Gen Components with working capital to support the Company's continued growth. Algorithmic Intuition is a start-up that provides technology solutions to assist with elderly patient monitoring. The solution is cost effective, hardware light, and non-invasive. This project provided Algorithmic Intuition with working capital needed to support the Company's go-to-market strategy. The project provided the Company with working capital to help maintain its workforce and benefits during the initial onset of COVID restrictions. The project allowed the company to restructure existing debt with a lower interest rate allowing the company to increase hiring to cover expanded service offerings. Clearinghouse CDFI provided long-term financing for rehabilitation of the school, which provides infant day-care services and schooling for grades K-12. In early 2016, HOPES completed the new three-story facility called the Stacie Mathewson Community Wellness Center. Three Square food bank now has three locations as part of its mission of helping those who are hungry and food insecure. Construction of a 98,000 sq. ft. educational campus, including two buildings: an academic and administrative building and an athletic and recreational building. Las Vegas training institute continues to grow thanks to ongoing support from Clearinghouse CDFI New equipment purchases helped a machine shop retain its 36 current employees and create 10 additional jobs. The Mesquite Library underwent an extensive facilities expansion and technology revitalization thanks to $10M of NMTCs from Clearinghouse CDFI. Financing to expand the hospital's existing emergency room facilities by adding 5,000-6,000 sq. ft. of space. Finances the purchase and installation of equipment and raw materials for two facilities that design, manufacture and sell sustainable, insulated shipping containers. Historic West Side School rehabilitation into mixed-use facility including TechImpact Las Vegas, a tech incubator The Shannon West Homeless Youth Center is a new 37,000 sq. ft. 86-bed homeless shelter for youth ages 16-24. Administrative, support, office/business services for a value added distributor. Washoe Travel Plaza is a first-of-its-kind NMTC project located on the Washoe Native American reservation in Nevada.
