Golden State Family Service
Golden State Family Services initially opened as a 501 Foster Family Agency in Redding, CA, in 1996. The agency expanded, opening its first office in the Central Valley in Visalia, CA, on April 1, 1997. NMTC financing helped them expand in Tulare, CA in 2007.
Mt. Poso Cogeneration Company
In February 2012, Mt. Poso’s power plant completed its conversion to biomass and successfully began delivering its full capacity of clean, renewable energy.
