Acquisition of steam generation equipment to expand the McKinley Paper, Prewitt facility’s manufacturing capacity by 25%.

• McKinley Paper Company is owned by Mexican papermaker Bio-Pappel, the operator of thirty-one (31) industrial plants and fourteen (14) paper collection centers throughout Mexico, the United States and Columbia. The and operated company proudly invests in the communities in which it works through its support of social welfare organizations that serve low-income persons

• The project is in a non-metropolitan, severely distressed census tract with a poverty rate of 46.2% and an unemployment rate of 33.7%.

• Upon completion of the project, the mill will be better equipped to meet market demand, turning waste shipments into cardboard liner and containerboard that is used in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes
