Project Description

The project supports the construction of a new 2-story, 36,000 sq. ft. medical and dental clinic that will replace an existing facility that is only 10,000 sf. The facility will include 32 medical exam rooms, 9 dental chairs; WIC/Nutrition Services, Community Health Services, Integrated Behavioral Health Services, a Pharmacy, and a Lab and anticipates serving 12,850 unique individuals annually. – Only additional tenant is a small lab.
