Project Description

Construction of a distribution facility for Allied Air, an HVAC equipment manufacturer in Orangeburg, SC. The project will allow Allied Air to physically separate the distribution operations from the manufacturing processes, allowing for 200,000 sq. ft. of additional manufacturing in the original building. The project will help to retain Allied Air’s business in this non-metro community, thus retaining 562 jobs and creating 69 new FTE positions.
