Project Description

North End Teleservices, LLC (“NET”) is a business process outsourcing and contact center.

NET is outgrowing its current facility as employment increases to service new contracts leading NET to sign leases at two new locations. The project financed tenant improvements, the purchase of fixtures and furniture for the new facilities, and provided working capital.

NET’s founder is passionate about changing the lives of her employees and transforming the North Omaha community. The company’s comprehensive benefits address employee’s personal and professional needs, as well as the needs of their families and communities. Recognizing transportation is often a barrier to employment, NET provides transportation to the company’s employees. NET fosters career advancement and workforce development. NET employees have gone from entry-level employees to sitting on boards.
