The Project involves the new construction of the only children’s crisis stabilization center in the southern half of Miami-Dade County The target population will be underserved, predominately low-income Miami Dade

Wexford Science+ Technology is developing the UM Life Science Park to provide opportunities to foster the development of life sciences, technology, and biotechnology innovations.
Somerset Academy South Miami, SoMi, is a free, public charter school that opened its doors during the 2009-2010 school year.
Financing for the Boys and Girls Club of Miami-Dade to expand their programming.
