Project Description

Rehabilitation of a historic landmark that was originally built in 1925. The facility, which now drives tourism dollars to the reason, has great views of Lake Erie, the Lighthouse, the 2nd largest bascule bridge in the world, and the Black River.

The beautiful 55-room hotel is conveniently located near everything that Lorain has to offer including fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking and more, and provides easy access for traveling to and from the Palace Theater, Lakeview Park, and the Vermilion River Reservation.
