NMTC financing supported two operating companies. The first operating company, Jax, J, CC, Inc. (dba AMS Construction and Roofing), was founded in 2017 by Jeramie Jones. The company is a roofing contractor. The 2nd operating company is Craft Contracting dba Craft General Construction, founded in 2016 by Shane Demelo.
