The project consists of the acquisition of land and new construction of a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility to be utilized as Climite by Design International’s new headquarters in Owatonna, MN. The new facility will allow CDI to not only expand operations, but to train internal employees and external contractors that need to learn how to service the HVAC systems that CDI produces. The project will result in the creation of over 145 permanent full-time equivalent jobs, all offered benefits packages, as well as retain 155 jobs that are located at the current facility.
