COMMUNITY IMPACT

Purchase and lease of furniture, fixtures and medical equipment to Denver Health and Hospital Authority as part of the development of a new 293,000 square foot outpatient Medical Center (OMC) providing specialty outpatient care serving the most vulnerable populations. It will include a FQHC, 15 outpatient specialty clinics, surgical suites, lab services, and a pharmacy. The OMC will consolidate and more than double the size of the existing clinics on DHHA’s main campus to serve 296,634 unduplicated patients and nearly 833,794 patient visits per year. The project will create 11.6 construction jobs related to the FF&E installation, and will support the creation and retention of 924 permanent jobs.
