Project Description

Donnelly College plans to renovate an academic building as well as replace an additional academic and administrative building. The Project consists of the final phase of a three phase Campus Master Plan to renovate the campus and spur the redevelopment of the areas surrounding the College. Phase III involves the construction of a new three-story, 72,000 sq. ft. academic and administrative building, which replaces the existing, outdated seven-story tower facility, formerly used by Providence Hospital.
