Acquisition and rehabilitation of Golaski Labs, vacant form home of maker of surgical needs by the same name, into mixed-use space. The commercial space is occupied a -restaurant restaurant, offices of a landscape architectural and engineering services, and P3 Impact Hub which will serve as an incubator for businesses. The project will also house 35 one and two bedroom apartments.
