Smith NMTC and Stonehenge partnered to provided $6 million in NMTC financing to Indian River County Habitat for Humanity, an organization founded to help ensure everyone has a place to live.

The Habitat affiliate used the proceeds of the NMTC financing to construct 60 affordable homes.
