Project Description

Headquarters for Kone Company and other – mixed-use, including retail, office and additional public amenities: This project is part of a multi-stage development plan that includes the participation of the City of Moline and Renew Moline. The Kone Building will serve as the new North American headquarters for Kone Corporation, one of the global leaders in the elevator and escalator industry and will generate in excess of 400 jobs. The Illinois Finance Authority and US Bank CDC also participated in this transaction.
