Project Description

Capital Impact Partners provided NMTC financing to an Asian owned business that distributes fresh seafood. The financing was available through Capital Impact Partner’s Healthy Communities Fund. The project financed the expansion of Maui Seafood, LLC into the Phoenix market and enabled the small business to acquire a 13,000 sq. ft. industrial building. The project, located in an area of high unemployment, is anticipated to create 26 jobs.
