NYX Linden, LLC, a minority owned and operated automotive parts and components manufacturer, designs and manufactures vehicle components such as door panels, center consoles, grab handles and more. NYX is looking to construct a new 40,000 sq. ft. shipping warehouse and expand its current molding facility by 24,000 sq. ft.
Customer demand has grown since the company first established its presence in Tennessee in 2012. The current production capabilities are not up to par with demand. Also, NYX recently secured major contracts with various OEMs to supply parts and components for several new vehicles, further strengthening the need for expansion. In the past, NYX has worked specifically with Tesla on slimming down parts and components to increase EV efficiency. Currently, 10% of NYX parts and components are installed in electric vehicles, but the company expects this to increase to 30% within the next 5 years.
By expanding the Liden facility and acquiring new innovative equipment, the renovated site will provide NYX with the tools and space needed to improve overall output, efficiency, and manufacturing capabilities to accommodate the company’s continued growth.
