Project Description

Omak Clinic is transforming healthcare access in a medically underserved region, serving the western district of the Colville Reservation and the town of Omak. Replacing an outdated facility, the new state-of-the-art clinic will provide care for 4,852 projected patients, delivering 12,368 primary care visits and 24,699 outpatient visits annually. Designed for comprehensive, culturally responsive care, the facility will house 18 exam rooms, six dental chairs, a pharmacy, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, optometry, physical rehabilitation, behavioral health, and expanded administrative services. It will introduce diagnostic imaging, optometry, and physical therapy while continuing essential services such as ambulatory care, dental, pharmacy, audiology, and mental health.
