Project Description

New tax credits are expected to boost the new Ronald McDonald House Charities facility near Dayton Children’s Hospital, CityWide Development Corp. said Tuesday. CityWide announced $13 million in federal NMTCs for the new Valley Street facility, where construction has started. The new facility will be three stories tall, equipped with 42 guest rooms. Construction on the 38,000 sq. ft. building is expected to be complete late next year.
