Project Description

The NMTC loan proceeds will be utilized to finance construction and other project costs associated with a 23,040 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, 7,800 sq. ft. warehouse and improvements/upgrades to an existing 4,000 sq. ft. building located in Pine River, MN. The facility will be used to complete interior finishing work on Yetti fish houses, horse trailers and other custom interior work for clients.
