Project Description

NMTC financing supported Whitman Walker Health’s new Max Robinson Center, a health center and research space in DC’s Ward 8. The $36 million NMTC project supported the continued construction of 85M sq. ft. of pharmacy, FQHC and education space. The space includes 65 exam rooms, 8 dental suites and 12 behavioral suites. The NMTC project is part of the larger 118k sq. ft. building which includes an additional two floors of research and community space.
