COMMUNITY IMPACT

The Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo (“YDSP”) Native American Medical Clinic project is the new construction of a 78,100 SF facility in El Paso, TX. The Project includes a 54,000 SF medical clinic, a 3,900 SF Community Room/Cultural Center/Commercial Kitchen, and 20,200 SF of (tribal) Department of Health Services administrative offices.

Voices from the Community

Being able to leverage our resources to build community facilities like a medical clinic, we so badly need. Being able to afford NMTC financing vs. very expensive conventional financing is what the Pueblo needs. We support NMTC financing.

-Roberto Franco, Director of Economic Development, Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo, El Paso, Texas
