Project Description

The Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo (“YDSP”) Native American Medical Clinic project is the new construction of a 78,100 sq. ft. facility in El Paso, TX. The Project includes a 54,000 sq. ft. medical clinic, a 3,900 sq. ft. Community Room/Cultural Center/Commercial Kitchen, and 20,200 sq. ft. of (tribal) Department of Health Services administrative offices.

Being able to leverage our resources to build community facilities like a medical clinic, we so badly need. Being able to afford NMTC financing vs. very expensive conventional financing is what the Pueblo needs. We support NMTC financing.
