The NMTC has made several large-scale construction projects possible, including those significantly impacting our local job market and economic development mechanisms. But for the NMTC, the city of Kalamazoo would not have anchor developments like the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Culinary School nor the Family Health Centers Dental Clinic, both catalyzing developments for formerly economically depressed neighborhoods and significant job-creating projects.
