We are facing an affordable housing crisis across the USA. 1 in 6 families are paying more than 50% of their monthly income on housing costs. This is unacceptable. NMTC’s enable developers and community development organizations to make investments in affordable housing in markets where it is needed most to provide affordable workforce housing in proximity to employment opportunities.
