The U.S. Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, today invited the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the proposed 2021 NMTC Allocation Application, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The request for comment was published today in the Federal Register.
The NMTC Coalition plans to submit comments and encourages others to do so as well. To help you get started, we’ve created a redlined version of the new application so you can see any changes from the previous application.
All comments must be received by March 1, 2021 and must be submitted in writing and sent to Christopher Allison, NMTC Program Manager, Community Development Financial Institutions Fund, by e-mail to [email protected].
