Project Description

Delmar Boulevard is an east-west street within the City of St. Louis, MO and known as the Delmar Divide. It is a socioeconomic dividing line. Located along Delmar Blvd., the former St. Luke’s Hospital, fully closed to the public in 2014, will be renovated into a mixed-use development that provides 5,170 sq. ft. of retail space and 109,368 sq. ft. of office space, shared services and other resources for not for profits, foundations and community support organizations, 450 exterior parking spaces and 35 covered parking spaces.
