Project Description

NMTC financing from Legacy Economic Growth Fund and Affordable Equity Partners supported the construction and equipping of the Quaker Window Products manufacturing campus in Eldon, Missouri. The project allowed Quaker to construct a 250,000 sq. ft. building to grow the its commercial and architectural window and door production capacity. This expansion increased Quaker’s production efficiency to meet the needs of the company’s lumberyard and residential clients.

Quaker Window Products is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial window and door products in the United States. The company has been in business for over 70 years and is known nationwide for manufacturing top quality windows and doors.

The Quaker project will create 250 new full-time employment opportunities. The weighted average wage of these newly created positions is $24.54 per hour, and all positions will pay a wage in excess of the living wage threshold in Miller County.

The construction at the project facility will create 72 jobs which expect to pay weighted average wages of $25.10 per hour.
