Project Description

The Gillem Logistics Center project involved the rehabilitation of the former Fort Gillem Army Base into an 1168-acre master planned park that can accommodate over 8 million sq. ft. of industrial space and one-half million sq. ft. of mixed-use buildings. The state-of-the-art regional distribution and e-commerce logistics center is fully zoned and entitled, with new infrastructure including a four-lane divided spine road, a GA Power substation and fiber within the park.

Other Georgia Projects

The AVAPCO project consists of the acquisition, expansion and leasing of an existing biomass research, development, and demonstration facility located in Thomaston, Georgia.
The construction of the new 42,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Ryan Marshall Performing Arts Center, which expanded the existing school building both for student activities as well as for RCA's teacher training programs.
The NMTC financed the construction of a 34,000-sq. ft. facility that will house a 12,000-sq. ft. Center for Workforce Innovation and 22,000-sq. ft. retail store.
