NMTC financing for Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver (Habitat Metro Denver) to renovate the future headquarters for its affordable homeownership programs.
The Central Ohio House recently completed an extensive project to double the size of the facility, adding 84 rooms to serve an additional 2,000 families each year. The new 230,000-square-foot space adds more bedrooms for families, community rooms, an expanded kitchen, dining area and green space.
