Project Description

In 2009, NMTC financing supported the historic renovation and repurposing of an abandoned, 110,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a mixed-use building with commercial and loft apartments.

Originally a shoe manufacturing warehouse, the building is now part of the revitalized Loft District, an area where abandoned, blighted, and environmentally contaminated structures were transformed into community facilities, commercial, and residential structures.
