Project Description

Mixed-use – commercial and housing – restoration of historic building. Completed in September 2010, the $10 million structure likely is one of the first LEED-certified multi-use buildings in Asheville. Glen Rock includes 9,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground level and 60 workforce apartments on its top three floors.
