Project Description

TxLIC’s supported the construction, leasehold improvements, and equipping of a 223,000 sq. ft.HVAC manufacturing facility in Longview, Texas. the project generated 172 construction jobs and created 730 permanent, quality-wage positions averaging 50% above the county’s living wage threshold and includes comprehensive insurance and retirement benefits.To support long-term workforce development, the company partnered with Kilgore College to establish skills training pathways for and employees.Career development courses are offered directly at the project site, preparing workers for advanced manufacturing roles.
