Project Description

The NMTC provided working capital financing to leverage funds that Atlanta Habitat for Humanity had already raised to build a new headquarters to serve the South Fulton Community, as well as construct infrastructure development for new mixed-income community of Browns Mill Village. NMTCs also financed land acquisition for future affordable housing development.
