Project Description

Acquisition and rehabilitation of the former Grand Marina Building to serve as the organization’s new headquarters and key service location. Rehab of an existing two-story building on approximately one acre of land. The renovations will consist of a separation of the Marina and Bay Buildings, allowing for separation of Canal Alliance’s operation and that of the existing tenants. Tenants will be at below market-rate and include, Marin County Transit District, American Reporting Services a litigation support provider, and Marin Pacific Company an Insurance agency.
