Project Description

A new $11 million, 15,000 sq. ft. health clinic located in a medically underserved area in Downtown Jamaica, Queens. The clinic will have 18 exam rooms and they serve approximately 11,000 people annually, providing primary and specialty care, dental care and a pharmacy. The clinic will be located on the second floor of the newly constructed “Tree of Life” development project, a 170-unit affordable housing development in Downtown Jamaica, Queens.
