Community Medical Centers, the largest and most comprehensive hospital system in California’s San Joaquin Valley, developed the Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center to increase medical services to surrounding underserved communities.
NMTC financing from Civic Communities helped Access Youth Academy construction a new, two-story 21,500 sq. ft. structure that will house a nine-court, state-of-the-art squash and learning center.
Thanks to NMTC financing, the Central California Food Bank purchased a 140,000-sq. ft. facility to house its headquarters, distribution center, and volunteer facilities.
