Project Description

In the first phase of a multi-phase project, the Oglala Lakota School District renovated and expanded the elementary school which encompassed 71,000 sq. ft. of space. They will be renovated to include a new heating and air conditioning system, new roofing, wiring, modern fire alarm systems, ADA compliance and security systems. In parallel, the District  constructed a new adjacent facility that consists of 75-80,000 additional sq. ft. The objective was to add 20-30 new classrooms, a new cafeteria that can accommodate all of the students at one time and a new gym. The project also includes replacement of the school’s obsolete bus barn.
