Project Description

Monroe County Habitat used NMTC financing to complete the Osage Place project in Bloomington, IN. The affilate will construct the first 30 homes in Osage Place, to be completed over a period of nearly three years, beginning in September 2021. This phase will include 22 single and 4 rehabbed homes. When fully developed, Osage Place will include 70 homes, including a mix of single and paired homes. Osage Place has been thoughtfully planned to maintain the character and quality of the surrounding area and foster a positive quality of life for all.
