Project Description

Alliance Steel is a Flat Roll Steel Service center located in Bedford Park, IL. Alliance was growing at a rate that their existing facility in Bedford Park could not accommodate. NMTC financing helped Alliance acquire and rehabilitate approximately 200,000-250,000 sq. ft. industrial facility in Gary, IN. The development of the new building in Gary increased job opportunities. The construction of the facility also includes the purchase of new equipment consisting of concrete foundations, electrical, and mechanical.
