Construction financing for the development of a mixed-use building in the thriving Ho-Chunk Village master-planned community in Winnebago, NE. The project includes office space, retail space, warehouse space, and affordable and market-rate housing units. The project supports 42 temporary construction jobs and 15 FTE quality jobs accessible to Tribal members in a community with high poverty.

The 40-acre expansion of the Ho-Chunk Village created approximately 200 more living units, including 120 apartment units, 32 townhomes, 10 elder homes and 35 single-family homes.
