Project Description

InclusivCare is implementing a three-year strategic plan (2021-2023) that involves increasing the number of medical and dental patients and expanding behavioral health services. It is undertaking this NMTC project to create two new sites to help achieve these goals. InclusivCare used NMTC allocation for the following projects:

  • Project 1: Marrero Clinic – 12,881 sq. ft. replacement clinic that was constructed in early 2021. The clinic opened for service in July 2021 and currently provides medical, dental, and pharmacy services.
  • Project 2: Childcare Center and Parking Lot – Staff parking lot for the Marrero clinic and a 5,265 sq. ft. childcare center. Construction on the childcare building has not yet started.
