Project Description

The is a trucking company recovering from a pandemic-driven slowdown.Our provided additional working capital to respond to increased orders by refinancing 37,600 sq. ft. facility that housed corporate offices, manufacturing, and fabrication space and a 12,000 sq. ft. trailer fabrication and maintenance shop, thus paying down the revolving loan and reducing monthly loan payments to free up capital for growth.
