The renovation of a 110,000 sq. ft. building, which includes 75,000 sq. ft. for a KIPP High School high school, 25,000 sq. ft. for KIPP St. Louis (KSL) regional offices, and 10,000 sq. ft. of collaboration space for use by KSL and local nonprofit partners.
