Project Description

Mario’s is a community grocer located in Las Vegas’ Historic Westside. For more than 20 years, Mario’s has operated out of its roughly 10K sq. ft. building at 1960 N. MLK where it provides a full meat counter with specialty cuts, fresh vegetables, kitchen staples, and a hot food counter offering local favorites. Mario was seeking working capital to purchase inventory for its new store.
