Project Description

The project consists of: (i) the purchase and renovation of NHC’s existing 23,000 sq. ft. health center facility at 300 Niagara St. (NHC Mattina) and the construction of a 15,000 sq. ft. addition; and (ii) the purchase, rehabilitation, and expansion of an existing building at 1569 Niagara St. to create a 26,000 sq. ft. health center facility (NHC Riverway). By opening NHC Riverway, which is located between NHC Mattina and NHC Northwest, the project will alleviate the wait times at the two existing centers which are overcapacity. The project will also expand dental services at NHC Mattina which is the most overburdened service at that center.
