Project Description

New construction of a 57,000 child care and adult day care facility on a 5.5 acre parcel in west Salt Lake City. The new building will replace a nearly 60 year old school and 45 year old adult day care building with one, multi-winged building which serves additional clients, more intergenerational activities and serve 100 additional families..
